Carleton Place has grown fast, and many of the newer subdivisions are reaching the age where builder-grade sealed units start to fog and patio door glass fails. We replace the glass, not the window, and install shower enclosures and replacement windows and doors across town, about 35 minutes from our shop in Smiths Falls.
If your home was built between roughly 2000 and 2015, the windows are probably fine and the glass is not. Fogging, condensation between panes, and patio door glass with a milky haze are all sealed-unit failures. Send us a photo and we will tell you what it is.
Ensuite showers, basement bathrooms and mirror walls for home gyms: measured after tile, installed in one visit. For the older streets near the river, we replace glass in original wood sashes and supply storm windows.
