Railings that do not block the lake.
On a deck facing the water, a wood or aluminum railing is a fence. Tempered glass panels meet code and keep the view. We measure, supply and install them for decks, stairs, balconies and docks.
Aluminum post systems with tempered glass panels, topless frameless glass on a base shoe for an unbroken line, clear or tinted tempered glass, and interior stair and loft railings.
Railing height and glass thickness are set by the Ontario Building Code and vary with deck height. We build to code and can supply what your building department asks for.
