A window is a 25-year decision. The product matters, and the install matters more. We carry Canadian-made lines built for this climate, and the crew that measures your openings is the crew that installs them.
Vinyl casement, awning, slider and hung windows. Bay and bow windows, picture and specialty shapes, basement and egress windows. Replacement into existing frames, or full-frame replacement where the old frame is done. Every line we carry is made in Canada: DEL, KV Windows, Gentek, Martin Windows, Mastergrain, Division Eight, Alumicor and Doorsmith.
Free in-home consultation and measure. Written quote with the exact product, glass package and colour. Windows are manufactured to order, typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on the line and season. On install day the old windows come out, the new ones go in, foamed, sealed, trimmed and cleaned up. Most homes take one to two days. We install year-round, one opening at a time in winter.
Repair or replace, and the rebate
If your problem is fogged glass and the frame is sound, you probably do not need new windows; we will tell you which job you need when we come out. ENERGY STAR certified windows currently qualify for Ontario's Home Renovation Savings Program. We give you the product documentation and walk you through the claim.
Manufacturer warranty on the product plus Healey's warranty on the installation. We take away the old windows. You can replace a few now and the rest later; we keep your file so the next batch matches.
